
Growing up within Canada's Punjabi community has given me a deep understanding of the cultural values, expectations and challenges many South Asians experience. I am passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health in these communities.
My background as a Legal Assistant deepened my understanding of the justice system and the emotional toll it can take on individuals and families. I understand the stress, uncertainty and other complex emotions arising with legal challenges. I provide space for my clients to process their feelings, explore coping strategies and feel empowered navigating legal systems.
