Camille Granda, RCC

BBA, MA, RYT, RCC

As a first-generation Filipino-Canadian woman, I bring a deeply personal perspective to the therapeutic space.

Living through profound grief in my early twenties, it reshaped my understanding of identity, resilience, and what it means to truly be supported.

I know firsthand that loss can feel isolating and overwhelming, and I carry this lived experience into my work, meeting clients with empathy, patience, utmost reverence and unwavering commitment to your healing journey, no matter the challenge you may be currently facing.

I've worked as a trauma-informed yoga teacher with young adults with disabilities, learning the importance of accessibility, nervous system regulation, and creating safe spaces.

My experience in non-profit, advocacy, and community work in mental health and inclusion further grounds my approach in evidence-based, personalized, and authentic care.

My Philosophy

Life’s challenges can often bury our inner wisdom, and my role is to help you uncover it, reconnect with your strengths, and live authentically. Rather than “fixing,” I see therapy as “returning”—reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve had to set aside or quiet amidst life’s challenges.

Our sessions will be a collaborative process to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills to navigate challenges more effectively.

I am committed to providing evidence-based, personalized and authentic care in English or Tagalog.

Together, we will identify your goals, work through obstacles, and build strategies that foster resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
