As an Indigenous woman, I find it really important to integrate a culturally-informed lens into my practice because it allows me to honour the values, traditions, and lived experiences of communities.
By bringing cultural awareness and sensitivity into my work, I aim to create safer, more inclusive spaces where voices are respected and heard. This approach not only strengthens trust and connection, but also fosters more meaningful support.

Your journey, much like you as an individual, is unique. Our sessions will reflect and embrace this uniqueness. As a counsellor, I want to ensure that our time together is based on the principles of trust, empathy and collaboration.
In our time together, my goal is to work with you to discover your goals for therapy and to work together to develop next steps for how we can reach these goals.
