As someone who has navigated the complexities of identity, culture, and belonging, I understand how heavy it can feel to carry expectations, responsibilities, and emotions that are not always spoken about. I know what it’s like to hold things in, to try to be strong for others, and to quietly search for a space where you can finally just be. These experiences shape the way I show up—with warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to understand your story, not just your struggles. Alongside my personal experiences, my work over the past six years as a behaviour interventionist has allowed me to support individuals and families through emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. This has deepened my ability to sit with discomfort, meet people where they are, and support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels safe.
In our work together, we might explore patterns that feel hard to break, emotions that feel overwhelming, or parts of yourself that have been pushed aside. We might also focus on building self-worth, understanding your relationships, and finding clarity during life transitions. Whatever you bring, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I believe that healing happens in spaces where you feel truly seen and accepted. My goal is to offer you that space—one where you can begin to reconnect with yourself, feel grounded, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

I support clients in gently exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also helping them make sense of how their past experiences may be influencing their present. Through this process, clients can begin to develop deeper insight, self-compassion, and clarity.
